About This Policy

Food Order Errors

 

If you receive an item that is different from your confirmed online order, we sincerely apologize.  Please call us as soon as you notice that there's an error after you've picked up your order.  You may come back to pick up the correct food item.

  • Where applicable, refunds and/or price adjustments will be issued to the original form of payment to correct the online order error(s).  

  • The rectified order will be given priority when you come to pick it up.  In all cases, please return your original container(s)* to our manager in order to receive your new order with the appropriate corrections.

Food Order Incomplete

 

In the rare occasion that you do not receive the menu items that are on your online order confirmation, we will make it up to you by correcting the order or you may request a refund for the missing item.  Refunds or price adjustments will be credited to your original payment method.

Order Cancellation

 

All online orders will be ready for pick-up after 30 minutes of placing your order unless a specific day/time has been requested through the online ordering system. 

 

  • If you should notice an error after placing your order, please call us immediately at 262-245-2445 to identify the error or request a change. 

  • After 30 minutes, we cannot cancel or issue a refund if you change your mind or mistakenly order an item after the order is prepared.

*If 25% or more of the food has been consumed or removed we cannot issue any discount or refund. If the food has been discarded, repackaged or tampered with then we cannot verify its origin or issue and cannot issue any discount or refund.
